Common on barkless stumps and logs of hardwoods and conifers, fall to spring. Sporocarp crust-like to shelf-like, more often shelf-like.
Unknown.
Phlebia tremellosa is distinguished by whitish to pinkish to pinkish orange, hairy cap, veined pinkish orange underside and rubbery flesh. Crust-like samples of Phlebia tremellosa are similar to P. radiata.
